LEADS Program
(Leadership Education and Development Seminar)

General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC) Leadership Education and Development Seminar (LEADS) is designed to identify GFWC members at the grassroots level who have the potential and desire to assume leadership positions in GFWC. LEADS will provide participants with the capability, confidence and commitment to achieve higher office and serve with distinction.

One participant from each state federation will participate in a full day of activities at the LEADS Seminar held annually in conjunction with the GFWC International Convention. Participants will hear presentations, join in discussion, and learn more about GFWC policies, procedutes and parliamentary law.
