Program
(Leadership Education and Development Seminar)
General Federation of Women's Clubs
(GFWC) Leadership Education and
Development Seminar (LEADS) is designed to identify GFWC members at the
grassroots
level who have the potential and desire to assume leadership positions in
GFWC.
LEADS will provide participants with the capability, confidence and commitment
to achieve
higher office and serve with distinction.
One participant from each
state federation will participate in a full day of activities at the
LEADS Seminar held annually in conjunction with the GFWC International Convention.
Participants will hear presentations, join in discussion, and learn more
about GFWC
policies, procedutes and parliamentary law.
