Gail has been affiliated with GFWC Pennsylvania and GFWC clubs in Butler County since May, 1989. A past member of Soroptimist International; MHY Family Services Board of Trustees and Board of Directors; AAUW of Butler; National Association of Women in Construction; she has served the Butler Tornado Football Mothers’ Club, Butler Senior High School 1992, 1993, and 1999 Prom Committees, Center Township Elementary School PTO, Butler Area School District Hockey Board of Directors. Prior to moving to Butler in 1987, Gail lived in Illinois. She was a member of the Independence Elementary School PTO, a founding member of the New American Homes Homeowner Association, and was honored as 1986 Bolingbrook Jaycees’ Woman of the Year. Gail is a 1990 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She worked for several years in the field of social services at Butler County Children’s Center and Lutheran Youth and Family Services. She also was an instructor for the Butler County GED program through the Intermediate Unit IV. She has worked for the engineering firm of International Quality Consultants, Inc. as the Controller for the past seventeen (17) years. Gail and her husband, Tom will celebrate their 39th wedding anniversary in November. They are the proud parents of Thomas J. Paserba, and Joshua S. Paserba, both auditors for the Association of American Railroads and IQC, Inc. . |

Vicky Ann Trimmer
|
Vicky brings a legal and accounting background to her GFWC Pennsylvania service. She received a BS Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1984 , a JD Degree from the Dickinson School of Law in 1987, and an AA degree from the Harrisburg Area Community College in 1991. She is a founding partner in the Mechanicsburg law firm of Persun & Heim, P.C. and is a Certified Public Accountant. She resides in Mechanicsburg when not visiting the family cabin in Bedford. Vicky is a frequent Lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Vicky has a brother, Scott, a sister, Renee, and three handsome nephews, Mathieu Ray, Slate Joseph and Ray Edwin II. Ray II lives with Vicky while attending the local community college. |

Donna has been a federated club member for more than thirty years. She is an active member of the GFWC Intermediate League of Butler. She is also a charter member since 2001 of the GFWC Butler County Circle of Presidents Club. She presently serves on the Executive Boards of the GFWC Intermediate League of Butler and the GFWC Butler County Federation. Donna has been active at several levels of federation. From 2008-2010 she served as Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Middle Atlantic Region. In the previous GFWC Pennsylvania administrations she has served as Public Affairs/Community Safety Chairman (2006-2008) and also Public Relations Committee Chairman (2004-2006). Donna was selected as the 2006 LEADS candidate for GFWC Pennsylvania and attended the seminar in Denver in June along with representatives from 43 other states. She has also served on the 2005 and 2008 GFWC PA Convention Committees. She served as Southwestern District Director from 2008-2010 and GFWC Butler County Federation of Women’s Club President from 2006-2008. In 1992-1993 she served as President of the GFWC Intermediate League of Butler where she held many other offices and chairmanships throughout the years. Donna is a retired elementary school teacher having taught thirty-six years in the Butler Area School District. She is also a church organist and piano accompanist for several musical groups. She enjoys music and creative crafts-especially scrapbooking. She serves on the Executive Board of the local YWCA and the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees (PASR), and also serves as Finance Committee Chairman for Soroptimist International of Butler County. She spends much of her time as a volunteer in her community, with special focus as a school tutor for a special needs classroom, serves as a docent and member of several committees for The Maridon Museum in downtown Butler, and also assists with the local theatre group and a middle school talent show. In December of 2007, Donna was presented with the Volunteer of the Year award from her local PASR group. Donna resides in Butler with her husband, Joe and family dog, Abby. They have one adult son, Jeremy. |

Lois A. Richards
|
Lois has been a member of GFWC Curwensville for over 34 years at the local club level,. She has served as Club President for 3 different terms. She has also been the club treasurer for 3 terms and has been the chairman of a number of different committees. Lois was the Clearfield County Federation President from 2000-2002. She has also served as the Northwestern District Leadership Chair two different times, 2000-2002 and 2010-2012. On the state level, she was the PA State Safety Division Chair 2002-2004, State Bylaws Committee Member 2004-2006 and on the State Resolutions Committee 2008-2010. Lois was selected as the 2012 Pennsylvania LEADS candidate. Lois earned her Master’s Degree from Penn State University and is currently the Executive Director of the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center. Lois and her husband Edward have three children and four grandchildren. |

Sue
Hardenbrook

Sue joined GFWC Mechanicsburg in November 1993 after moving to PA from New Hampshire. Since then she has held the positions of Education Chairman, Program Co-Chairman, Treasurer, Vice President, President, Publicity Chairman, Website Chairman and Membership Chairman of her club. She was South Central District Membership Chairman 2002-2004 and District Director 2004-2006, GFWC Pennsylvania Grant Writer 2006-2008 and a member of the GFWC Pennsylvania Membership Task Force 2008-2010. She has also learned a lot from attending Summer Leadership Conferences and state conventions. She is a member of the ESO reading program along with a woman’s club related book club. |
