DEADLINES

Please note that the deadlines are critical so we have time to review the articles.  They are required to have the articles reviewed and finalized and to the Editor by the 20th of the month.

July 15, 2021 – September 2021 Issue

October 15, 2021 – December 2021 Issue

January 15, 2022 – March 2022 Issue

April 15, 2022 – June 2022 Issue

Format as follows:

1. submit articles in Times New Roman font size 10
2. submit graphics
3. Size as listed below by position
4. save as .doc file before attaching to an email or copy in the body of your email

Honorariums and advertisements may be sent directly to the Clubwoman Editor by either regular mail or e-mail (preferred).  Photos may be in black and white or color, but please do not send copies from the newspaper. Identify all people if possible. Articles and photos will be edited as spacing dictates.

ADVERTISEMENTS

Any person may place an advertisement in the GFWC Pennsylvania Clubwoman Newsletter to advertise or announce a future event of a federated club.

• All revenue from such honorariums and memorials shall be revenue assigned to the GFWC Pennsylvania Clubwoman Newsletter.

• Three options shall be available. $10 – 2.5”x3.5” box with border; $25 – 4.5”x3.5” box with border; $50 – full page with border.

Note: Editor may adjust the articles to fit the spacing on the page, make headings uniform, change graphics to allow for black and white printing, etc.

Community Service Program Chairman: Submit your articles to Second Vice-President/Dean of Chairman, Sara Ruppel. Size to fit no more than a quarter page (vertical format) including graphics.

Standing Committee Chairman: your articles to Second Vice-President/Dean of Chairman, Sara Ruppel. Size to fit no more than a quarter page (vertical format) including graphics.

District Directors: Submit yours to First Vice-President/Dean of District Directors, Donna Malone. Size to fit no more than a third of a page (horizontal format) including graphics.

Club News: Clubs are encouraged to submit their items/photos directly to the Clubwoman Editor by either regular mail or e-mail (preferred).  Photos may be in black and white or color, but please do not send copies from the newspaper. Action photos are best. Identify all people if possible. Articles and photos will be edited as spacing dictates.

HONORARIUMS AND MEMORIALS

Any person may place an honorarium or memorial ad in the GFWC Pennsylvania Clubwoman Newsletter to honor or remember a federated club or a member thereof.
